"Client" refers to the individual or organization listing items for auction.
"Bidder" refers to any individual or entity participating in the auction.
"Auction" refers to the process of selling goods or property through competitive bidding.
"Item" means any product, asset, or property listed for auction.
The Service Provider shall provide auction-related services including, but not limited to:
Listing items for auction.
Marketing and promoting the auction.
Facilitating bidding and sale processes.
Collecting payments (if applicable).
Assist in handover or delivery coordination.
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate, complete, and lawful descriptions of all items.
Ensure they have full ownership and rights to sell the items.
Provide supporting documents where required.
Pay all applicable service charges and commissions.
All Bidders must:
Register on the platform or with the auctioneer before bidding.
Provide accurate personal and contact details.
Honour all winning bids and complete payment within the stipulated timeframe.
The Client may set a reserve price for any item.
The Service Provider reserves the right to decline listings that violate laws or internal policies.
All bids are binding once placed.
The highest valid bid at auction close will be deemed the winning bid.
The Service Provider may extend or cancel an auction in case of technical or legal issues.
Winning Bidders must make payment within the payment period specified.
The Service Provider may collect payments on behalf of the Client.
Late payments may incur penalties or cancellation.
Commission rates shall be agreed prior to listing.
Additional marketing or premium listing fees may apply.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Items are sold as-is unless otherwise specified.
Bidders are encouraged to inspect items before bidding.
The Service Provider is not liable for undisclosed defects unless due to negligence.
The Client may withdraw an item before the auction start, subject to fees.
The Service Provider may cancel or suspend an auction for legal, technical, or policy reasons.
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for:
Loss or damage of items not in its custody.
Misrepresentations made by the Client.
Failure by the winning bidder to complete payment.
Liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid.
The Service Provider shall comply with applicable data protection laws.
Personal data will be used solely for auction-related communication and processing.
All platform content, logos, and materials remain the Service Provider's intellectual property.
The Client grants rights for the Service Provider to use item images and descriptions for marketing purposes.
Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution first.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration or the courts of the governing jurisdiction.
These terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Service Provider's operating country unless otherwise specified.
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions. Continued usage of the platform constitutes acceptance.
